Also known as Micromax BOLT, Micromax A65 Smarty 4.3 is an Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread OS based budget smartphone by the Indian firm. It has a 4.3-inch TFT screen with a resolution of 480 x 800 pixels and a sharpness of around 216 pixels per inch. It has a bulky and sturdy design which feels durable.
The device has a 2MP camera with CMOS sensor and Flash. The other features of the camera include multi-shot mode, image editor, 4X zoom and night mode. The A65 Smarty also has a VGA front-facing camera for video calling and selfies. In terms of multimedia features, the smartphone can play 3GP and MP4 videos and mp3, wav, mid, 3gp, mp4 audio codecs.
Micromax A65 Smarty 4.3 is powered by a 1GHZ dual-core Spreadtrum SC6820 chipset, which would ensure that you can enjoy seamless multi- tasking and an immersive gaming experience. Additionally, it comes with a 512MB RAM and 512MB on board storage which can be expanded with a microSd card. It runs on Android v2.3.5 Gingerbread. The preloaded applications include hook up, M!zone+, Mlive, facebook and cricket fever. Other entertainment and useful applications can be downloaded using Google play store.
It supports data transfer with its USB 2.0, Bluetooth v2.1, Wi-Fi and 2G. The device has no 3G or GPS support. It comes with a 1350mAH Lithium-ion battery that provides a 5 hour talk time and 200 hours on standby.
